Please join us to celebrate the official birthday — August 24, 1872 — of Lansdale Borough, with an old-time picnic in the park. The event starts at 5:30 p.m.
This will be a real traditional community gathering in Memorial Park, with music, games, food and fun. Pack a blanket and a dinner basket, get takeout from one of our town's many great eateries, or patronize the local food vendors on site. Plan on spending an evening with your family, friends and neighbors in our community.
The evening will include a beer garden in the park, as well as games for kids. Music will be supplied, in the great new DiNunzio Gazebo, by the 28th Pennsylvania Regimental Brass Band and DJ Chris Evans.
And at the evening's end, grab a lighted balloon and join everyone on the green as we spell out a shining "150" for the commemorative drone photo session!
